Warm Cheesy Salsa Dip

Whether you're hosting a beachy happy hour or need a quick appetizer before dinner, this warm cheesy salsa dip comes together fast and disappears even faster. Itβs creamy, flavorful, and served best with tortilla chips or veggie sticks. This dip is one of my families favorites.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup salsa (mild or spicy).
- 4 oz. light cream cheese.
- 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Optional: sliced green onions or cilantro for garnish.
Directions:
- In microwave safe bowl microwave salsa & cheese until melted.
- Stir until evenly combined.
- Garnish with green onions or cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
Tips & Variations:
- Use pepper jack for a spicier version
- Add cooked sausage or black beans for a heartier dip
- Try with mango salsa for a tropical twist
