This dip has been a family favorite in my home for years - it’s quick to prepare, endlessly customizable, and always disappears fast. You only need a handful of ingredients and a few minutes of prep time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ tsp. celery salt
  • Dash of paprika
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions (or substitute red onion or chives)
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped radishes (slightly drained if watery)

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  3. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or crisp veggies.

Tips & Variations:

  • Add a spoonful of sour cream or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
  • Mix in a dash of cayenne for a spicier twist.
  • Make it beautiful: serve in a bread bowl or top with radish slices and fresh dill.
