Looking for a cool, creamy appetizer with a little zing? This Radish Dip is a crowd-pleaser with coastal charm. Light, tangy, and full of flavor, it’s the perfect make-ahead dip for beach picnics, spring brunches, or summer gatherings.
This dip has been a family favorite in my home for years - it’s quick to prepare, endlessly customizable, and always disappears fast. You only need a handful of ingredients and a few minutes of prep time.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ tsp. celery salt
- Dash of paprika
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onions (or substitute red onion or chives)
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup finely chopped radishes (slightly drained if watery)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve with crackers, pita chips, or crisp veggies.
Tips & Variations:
- Add a spoonful of sour cream or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
- Mix in a dash of cayenne for a spicier twist.
- Make it beautiful: serve in a bread bowl or top with radish slices and fresh dill.
